It empowers our engineers to quickly find the root causes, classify them as systematic or random and transform them into rules and models for the faster ramp-up-rate In this article we present MAM (mapping and alignment model) for inspection data to ensure site to site mapping between PT and Inline data, die to die mapping and alignment between EWS and defectivity data and die to site qualification between PT/Inline and EWS/Defectivity data. al, 2011) limit our capabilities leading to an opportunity loss. Today we have a huge volume of data in multiple dimensions but database issues (Shahzad et. Our engineers are focused on reducing the technology adaption and alignment lead times based on an efficient and effective root cause analysis but they spend significant amount of time in data extraction, mapping and alignment because available inspection data vary in format and coordinate system depending on tool and vendor. more International audienceIncreasing model to hardware gaps has turned technology development process into a high cost R&D activity, hence a new technology is developed in an alliance which is transferred, aligned and adapted for every product. Ali Siadat, and Stephane HubacĪddress: 17 Avenue Jean Perrot, 38100 Grenoble I have also supervised 11 internship 1A, 2A, PFE and M2R Grenoble INP. I am co-supervising one PhD thesis and support two PhD thesis at G-SCOP in INTEGRATE project. Our work focuses on two main areas of research: WP2 (Equipment usage optimization) and WP5 (Engineering data management), using probabilistic approaches and ontologies. I have the honor to complete green belt training in DFSS (design for six-sigma) from Holland in 2011 as well.Ĭurrently, I am in Post-Doc in European project "INTEGRATE" with STMicroelectronics and G-SCOP. I followed a programming training on Bayesian Networks (BN) at Probayes, France in 2010. I also completed advanced training in statistics (Big Data, design of experiment, data modeling and analysis) at MIT Cambridge USA in 2011. Moreover, I hold professional certifications of MCSE, MCDBA MCSD that I passed in 2000. Then I was hired as Assistant Professor (temporary position for one year) at Grenoble INP-Industrial Engineering in 2012 where I taught MIS (management information system), quality management, production planning, project management etc. I completed my PhD in Industrial Engineering under CIFRE contract (2008-2011) at STMicroelectronics, Crolles site in collaboration with at G-SCOP laboratory. I came to France in 2007 and completed M2R in Industrial Engineering from Grenoble-INP (with 1st position). I also completed Masters in Total Quality Management in 2006 (with 1st position) in Pakistan. My responsibilities included training young programmers, manage the development of internal IT projects and planning IT resources. I joined WAPDA (Water and Power Development Authority) as Assistant Director (programming/system analysis) and stayed there from 2001 till 2007. I was computer science Lecturer at Petroman Computer Training Institute from 1999 till 2001. With Pakistani origin, I got my bachelor degrees in mechanical engineering and computer science (with 1st position) from Pakistan in 1999.
